One reason that many businesses still go by the “customer is always right” standard is that they know how important their customers are for them. However, if you have ever experienced dealing with the customers yourself then chances are, you already know that sometimes the customers can be wrong, VERY WRONG, in fact! It’s the only reason that the internet is loaded with photos where customers acted like total jerks and got shamed for it. That’s why TikTok user @officialtbw caught our attention as well. They asked fellow customer service workers to share things they’ve done to a customer who has been rude to them.
